This premier event is suitable for anyone planning to find a job after their studies, whether you’re a first year or facing your master thesis’ deadline.During this exciting Zoom workshop, four SIB alumni/oldies who have been working for a few years now, will reveal the secrets of the (international) labour market.
This may include but is not limited to tips on:
– How to expand your CV/network/Linkedin
– Exchange & extracurriculars (e.g. committees) and their impact on your early career
– How to prepare for the application process (of internship/job)Line-up:
– Lieselotte Gemke – Law graduate (UU) who successfully applied to the “Rijkstraineeship” (traineeship of the Dutch gov’t) and now works at the Ministry of Finance as legislative lawyer / policy officer
– Roeland Smit – International Relations graduate (UU) and now works as policy officer at the directorate for European and International Affairs at the Ministry of Justice and Security.
– Rosalie Fidder – Geography + Climate Studies graduate (UCU/WUR) who works as stakeholder manager at international engineering & design consultancy Arcadis.
– Wouter Uijens – Computer Sciences graduate (TUD) who works as computer vision researcher at TNO (Dutch applied research institute).
