Wil je een dag écht meelopen met SIB-Utrecht? Ga dan voor slechts 10 euro mee op onze ééndaagse citytrip naar Brussel! We organiseren dan een dag vol inhoud en gezelligheid. Zo krijg je meteen de kans om andere studenten uit Utrecht te ontmoeten, en nieuwe vrienden te maken.
Na aankomst worden we bij het Secretariaat-Generaal van de Benelux Unie in Brussel verwacht. We zullen daar verwelkomd worden door Luuk Blom, adjunct-secretaris-generaal en oud-parlementariër voor de PvdA. Hij zal ons alles uitleggen over de Benelux Unie, haar werking en haar instituties.
Daarna gaan we de stad verkennen. Eerst lekker lunchen en dan onder het genot van een lekker drankje op het terras of met de benenwagen de stad door.

Do you want to experience a day of SIB-Utrecht? For just 10 euros, you can join us on our one-day citytrip to Brussels, where we will be organising a day full of interesting and fun activities. This is the best occassion to already get to know some other future students and to make some new friends!
Upon arrival, we will visit the Secretariat-General of the Benelux Union in Brussels. Our host will be Luuk Blom, the current Deputy Secretary-General, who used to be a Labour Party MP in the Dutch Parliament. He will explain the functioning of the Benelux Union, including its instutions.
After a short lunch, we will go and explore the city. Either by foot, on a terrace or by public transport you will discover all ins and outs of Brussels!
