What happens after a plane goes down? Which country is responsible for the investigation? And what happens when a country is unable to perform a correct investigation? This and more will be discussed with Maurice Peters, a senior air safety investigator at the Dutch Safety Board. The Dutch Safety Board usually takes action after disasters, huge accidents or different kinds of incidents by doing research on the causes and consequences of the incident at hand. During the talk Maurice Peters will shed a light on the work that the safety board does to keep us safe in the air and the way by which the Dutch Safety Board investigates incidents with respect to aviation.
