In March 2022 the Dutch ‘gemeenteraadsverkiezingen’ (municipal elections) will take place. This means that many inhabitants of the province of Utrecht will vote for new members of the council of Utrecht. But how do these elections actually work? What does the council of Utrecht look like? And why should we actually vote? Find the answer to those questions during our trip to the local council of Utrecht on the 8th of March. During the trip we will visit the Council Chamber, where Mieke Tiwon will tell us everything about the elections and the way the council of Utrecht works.
