Tuesday March 16th 2021 | 19:30 – 21:15|
The Dutch general election is coming up on Wednesday the 17th of March. It is already clear that foreign policy will play a major part this time. From the role and future of the European Union, to how to approach the COVID-19 pandemic, every party has a different point of view. In addition, foreign issues are more than ever intertwined with domestic affairs, reinforcing the need for a thorough look at the world around us. On Tuesday March 16th, we will do that through our debate on foreign affairs. Several topics on foreign policy will be debated on the eve before the Elections with several Dutch parties, such as GroenLinks, D66, PvdA, CDA and Volt.
The debaters are: Kavish Bisseswar (PvdA), Jorien Wuite (D66), Bert van Steeg (CDA), Mariëlle Paul (VVD), Mark Brakel (GroenLinks), Sara Murawski (SP), Anil Kumar (CU), Marieke Koekkoek (Volt)
The debate will take place via Zoom, you can sign up with the following link until March 16h at 11:00, after which we will send out the Zoom-link to participants: https://forms.gle/qKtL97xzfRYDY4C39
