Lecture: neurodiversity and wellbeing
Tue 29 April | 20:00 | Ruppert 011
The neurodiversity movement states that neurological differences, such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and others, are a natural part of human diversity, rather than something to be fixed or corrected. Each brain has its strengths and weaknesses to work with. At the same time, those whose brains work differently experience mental health challenges more frequently, and differently.
Jopie @Neuro.elfje has years of experience with activism, lectures, workshops and blogs on these topics. Together we will learn more about how to manage each other and ourselves while respecting our unique neurologies.
